Ahmedabad: The Ahmedabad Police has denied the claim of raiding the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) office ahead of its supremo and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal's visit to Gujarat. Ahmedabad Police on Monday (September 12, 2022) tweeted from its official Twitter handle and informed that no raid was conducted by the police on the office of AAP.

He wrote in his tweet, 'Yesterday the office of Aam Aadmi Party was raided by Ahmedabad city police, such news has been known from social media. No such raid has been conducted by the Ahmedabad city police.' In fact, as soon as CM Kejriwal reached Gujarat on Sunday (11 September 2022) evening, AAP leader Isudan Gadhvi tweeted and informed that the Gujarat Police has raided the office of 'AAP'. Gadhvi wrote in his tweet that, 'Gujarat Police raid at Aam Aadmi Party's Ahmedabad office as soon as Kejriwal Ji reached Ahmedabad. Searched for two hours. Nothing found. Said would come again.' After this, CM Arvind Kejriwal targeted the BJP without knowing the truth about his leader's tweet.

In a tweet, CM Kejriwal claimed that 'BJP is horrified by the immense support they are getting from the people of Gujarat. A storm is blowing in Gujarat in favour of AAP. After Delhi, now started raiding Gujarat too. Nothing was found in Delhi, and nothing was found in Gujarat also. We are staunchly honest and patriotic people.'

Let us tell you that even before this, Kejriwal's claims have turned out to be fake many times. In which the biggest lie is when CM Kejriwal accused BJP of buying Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLAs. But the AAP leaders had exposed lies of Kejriwal. In fact, Yogendra Yadav and Paramjit Katyal had told that Kejriwal himself had made calls to his leaders in the name of BJP leaders Nitin Gadkari and Arun Jaitley and then himself accused the BJP of horse-trading. Paramjit Katyal was also among those who called up AAP leaders posing as BJP leaders at the behest of Kejriwal. But when he came to know about this lie of Kejriwal, he left AAP.
