Mumbai: Corona cases are increasing rapidly. Due to this, religious places are not being allowed to open in many places. All the shrines from the temple to the mosque are closed. On the closure of religious places, MP Imtiaz Jalil of AIMIM led by Asaduddin Owaisi has threatened to offer Namaz on the road.

AIMIM MP Imtiaz Jalil has said, "When businesses, factories, markets-highways have been opened, even buses, trains and flights are operating, then why has the government closed the religious site. Liquor shops were also opened for revenue and avenues have been made for marriage. Why religious places have been closed". Imtiaz Jalil said, "How long will we have to wait? I want to urge all those Hindus to get involved in opening all the temples and places of worship. We will request to open all the mosques located in the state on September 2. If the government gives permission, if not, then we will offer namaz on the road".

On the threat of AIMIM MP Imtiaz Jalil, NV Subhash, son of BJP leader and former PM PV Narasimha Rao, said that the ultimatum given by AIMIM is 'ridiculous'. The corona outbreak continues in the country and the unlocking process is going on in a phased manner in the states.
