Kalburgi Police of Karnataka has lodged an FIR under different sections against AIMIM leader Waris Pathan for making inflammatory speeches. A case has been registered against Pathan under section 117, 153 of the OPCC and section 153A for promoting enmity between various groups in the case of inciting people with the intention of inciting a riot.
