New Delhi: The bad days of Air India employees are not being named. Once again there has been a big cut in the salary of Air India personnel. Air India has reduced its employees' monthly allowances by up to 50 percent. The pilots' allowances have also been cut by 40 percent.

An internal order issued on July 22 by the airline has given information about this cut. It says that the monthly allowance for employees receiving a monthly gross salary of 25 thousand will be reduced by 50 percent. As per the order, no amendment will be made in the basic salary and Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) and House Rent Allowance (HRA) of the employees. Earlier in March also, the airline had reduced its employees' allowances by 10 percent.

According to the order, in addition to the above general category officers, all other allowances will be reduced by 50 percent. Similarly, there will be a reduction of 30 per cent in the monthly allowance of General Category Staff 'and' Operator '. At the same time, All other allowances of cabin crew members will be cut by 20 percent.
