Shanmugam Shankar alias S Shankar, a famous director of south Indian film industry, is a big name in the entertainment world. Today the wedding ceremony of Shankar's daughter Aishwarya Shankar on Sunday which was also attended by Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin. Aishwarya is married to cricketer Rohit Damodaran. MK Stalin joined the wedding and blessed the bride and groom. Apart from MK Stalin, his son Udhyanidhi Stalin, who is a politician as well as a Tamil actor, also attended the wedding.

This shows that Shankar took special care of coronavirus rules at his daughter's wedding. According to a report received, the wedding was held at the East Coast Road Sthit Welcome Hotel in Mahabalipuram.
In view of the same corona infection, only close people from both the families attended the wedding. Only CM MK Stalin's family was invited to the wedding among the guests. It was a traditional wedding that took care of all traditional customs. According to reports, if there is a decline in corona infection cases in Chennai, Shankar will organise a reception for the Tamil Nadu film industry and other eminent persons of the country.
