He set up sites at that time, performing all required SEO tactics to rank them. Initially, he was unaware of flipping business; hence he planned to keep all sites forever. However, in the early days of 2017, he learned about the flipping business where people buy already grown sites for massive 33 multiples on its last six month’s average earning.

During mid of 2017, he sold his first site for a decent four figures in dollars. And, from there, his odyssey of mastering the art of flipping began. He utilized all his income from previously sold sites in creating multiple sites in other different niches.

However, it was hard to create a site from scratch and grow to its best. The entire process is time-consuming, and Ajay realized sooner. He started buying sites that are not yet fully grown, but it has already taken time to get in their initial growth phase. He started buying such small sites, and then he developed these sites in massive money-making machines. The entire procedure doesn’t require much time, and hence his efficiency of selling sites in less time with fewer efforts improved significantly. Gradually, he tried his luck with more significant sites and invested his last ten-month steady revenue. He started using the similar on these sites. It took even less time, and hence he was able to earn more money in less time.

Ajay Damraliya started getting all his clients from the referrals from his previous clients. Coming from a Gujarati family, he knows that business is in his blood. He strived hard and came up with his own company named Maruti Web Solution. Ajay has converted his buyers into his SEO clients and provides them with SEO services. It allows him to generate higher growth for the business and a steady upgoing revenue stream.

Ajay Damraliya uses a simple buying process, where he follows a firm yet effective way of curating growth sites. He buys sites at a lower price than the market price, looks for lesser maintenance costs, and takes required time & budget into consideration. Then, if a site passes all his criteria, he buys it then grows it.

With time, Ajay Damraliya realized that growth lies in evergreen niches, and currently, he is focusing on such niches and verticals. By now, he has mastered flipping art and knows where the real opportunities lie that could improve his business’s all over revenue; he started focusing more on flipping space.

While maneuvering towards better opportunities, Ajay Damraliya is now planning to start his own flipping company shortly. With correct stratagems, he will triumphant of flipping business. When asked about his forthcoming plans, he said that “ He has faith that his small step towards flipping business will lead him to greatness.” We can say that Ajay won’t stop unless he achieves everything he desires.
