Covid has wreaked havoc across the country. The death toll from Covid in the country has crossed 200,000. More than 3 lakh cases are being reported daily in the country. The worst havoc in cities like Maharashtra, Delhi, UP. There is a shortage of oxygen, medicines, and beds across the country. Sigam star Ajay Devgn has now extended his helping hand.
Ajay Devgn, with the help of his Bollywood colleagues, has donated an amount of Rs 1 crore to the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), which will help in building 20 covid beds. These will be built in the area of Shivaji Park in Mumbai. According to media reports, the amount has been donated by Ajay Devgn's institution NY Foundation. Former Bigg Boss contestant Vindu Dara Singh also wrote a post on Twitter about the same.
Let us tell you that these covid beds ICU are going to have all the necessary services including para-monitor, ventilator, oxygen. The ICU will be built in collaboration with PD Hinduja Hospital, BMC, Bollywood. This huge assistance by Ajay Devgn is being appreciated by all.
