He thinks that an unfit body is like a room of all sickness and downfall, so to be successful in life and health one should adhere to fitness. Especially the ones who are trying to make a mark in their career, a lot of hard work is required. It demands constant running and rushing, often without rest. These chances get multiplied more in fields of acting, media, or sports. Thus to carry on these processes smoothly, one should always be fit.
Ajay shared " I am an aspiring actor and I feel that the reasons to be fit cannot be described enough. I mean there are so many answers on "why! why to be fit". Acting is one physical job. It requires strength, flexibility and of course the right look. One needs to look good on camera. And that is why I always keep myself ready."
Ajay even expressed that if someone wishes to sign up for Bollywood particularly, the person has to be healthy and fit as there is no room for lazy and unfit ones in Bollywood. Not only Ajay but several other leading and working actors of the Bollywood entertainment industry have expressed their views on fitness and its importance repeatedly. Ajay maintains his fitness regime with daily gyming and engaging in various sports like basketball and football. He also maintains a healthy diet along with it. However, he said that maintaining a healthy life is nothing new to him as he has always been inclined to acting and a good fitness regime and physique just became a part of it.
It has been six years since Ajay Maan has shifted to Bombay to find work, in precise, the right script for his breakthrough.
