Raipur: Police of Bilaspur district of Chhattisgarh have registered a case against former CM of the state Ajit Jogi and his son Amit Jogi for abetting the servant to suicide. Police officers of Bilaspur district today told that the former CM of Chhattisgarh, President of Janata Congress Chhattisgarh (J) and MLA of Marwahi area Ajit Jogi and his son Amit Jogi, on Thursday late night in the Civil Line police station for abetment of suicide A case has been registered.

The four people have already been arrested in this case. The family has refused to conduct a post-mortem till the victim's wife is given a government job and compensation of Rs 50 lakh. The Dalit man has three children in his family, including his wife and two daughters. His wife has told the media that he has not yet been contacted by the government.

The victim's wife has said, "We demand that the accused should get such a punishment which proves to be an example for others." Government should give us assurance in writing that they will give me 50 lakh rupees compensation for job and family. ''
