Mumbai: Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) chief Sharad Pawar has made a big announcement ahead of next year's Assembly elections in Maharashtra. On the occasion of the party's 25th foundation day on Saturday, he announced the appointment of Supriya Sule and Praful Patel as working presidents. However, Ajit Pawar put an end to these discussions by tweeting.
"On the 24th anniversary of the Nationalist Congress Party, MP Prafulbhai Patel and MP Supriyatai Sule were elected as working presidents of the party under the guidance of Hon'ble Sharad Chandra Pawar. MP Prafulbhai Patel, MP Supriyatai Sule, MP Sunil Tatkare, Dr. Yoganand Shastri, K.K. Singh and others were also present. Sharma, P.P. Mohammad Faisal, Narendra Verma, Jitendra Awad, SR Aide Kohli, Naseem Siddiqui have also been given many important responsibilities in the party. Congratulations to all these friends! I hope that all the colleagues will successfully fulfill the responsibility given by the Hon'ble Minister.
