Mumbai: A tweet by Deputy CM and NCP leader Ajit Pawar is in the headlines after Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray's statement that the government's steering of the car in the state is in his hands. Ajit Pawar has actually posted a picture wishing CM Uddhav Thackeray on his birthday. In this, both are seen sitting in a car and the steering is in the hands of Ajit Pawar. This tweet by Ajit Pawar came at around 12 in the night.

After this tweet, there are speculations 'Is Ajit Pawar taunting CM Thackeray? However, the NCP rejected it outright when questions arose. It was said by the NCP that this was only a message of birthday wish and no other meaning should be derived from it. Ajit Pawar tweeted, "Happy birthday to Honorable CM, Shiv Sena Chief and Maha Vikas Aghadi leader Uddhav Thackeray. I wish you a healthy and long life."

Uddhav Thackeray had on Sunday challenged the opposition to topple his government and said that there is a 'three wheels' government in Maharashtra, but its steering is in his hands. Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray said that his coalition partners NCP and Congress are 'positive' and the state government is getting much benefit from his experience.
