Lucknow: The troubles of gangster Mukhtar Ansari, who is imprisoned in Banda jail in Uttar Pradesh, seem to be increasing continuously. The investigation of the illegal arms license case has revealed a surprising revelation about Mukhtar. The STF has said that within two years (2003-04), 28 arms licenses were transferred from Nagaland to Uttar Pradesh. The STF has filed a charge sheet against Mukhtar's son and MLA Abbas Ansari in the MP-MLA court in the illegal arms license case. It confirmed the charges of illegally obtaining arms licenses, bringing weapons from abroad and getting the eighth weapon on a license without permission.
The STF is now collecting documents related to these licenses. This figure may increase in further action. According to the report, this entire game was done through the gang of Mukhtar Ansari, who had deep penetration in the administration of Nagaland as well as the UP government. Sandeep Singh, brother-in-law of Samajwadi Party (SP) MLA Abhay Singh, was arrested by the STF and sent to jail in an illegal arms license case. The STF had revealed that Sandeep Singh got a fake arms license in Nagaland and took the NOC from the Chief Secretary there and then transferred those weapons to the address of Lucknow.
According to the report, the lucknow address was the location of Mukhtar Ansari. According to sources, the investigation has revealed that between 2003-2004, about 28 arms licenses were transferred to UP by taking NOC in a similar way. At that time, there was a Samajwadi Party (SP) government in UP under the leadership of Akhilesh Yadav and Mukhtar had close relations with many SP leaders. Even Akhilesh Yadav and Shivpal Yadav are said to have contacts with him. Now the investigating agency has found some evidence that has revealed that Mukhtar's gang made all these fake licenses. Mukhtar is already serving a sentence in four cases. In such a situation, Mukhtar's problems are expected to increase.
