Lucknow: Samajwadi Party (SP) national president and former CM Akhilesh Yadav has hit out at the Yogi government over the dog park being built in Lucknow. Akhilesh Yadav tweeted questioning the government. Akhilesh has asked that now where has the budget to build a park for Gullu (CM Yogi's doggie) come from? To reach that park, please start 'Gullu Bus Service' from different areas of Lucknow now or clarify that this park is only for the gulluts coming in the car-jeeps of big people. Stop making owls in gullu's name.

Let us know that Lucknow Development Authority is going to build a dog park in the city. The proposal for its construction has also been included in the City Development Plan. The LDA has sent it to the government for approval. The authority has recently prepared a city development plan for the development of the city. Pet dogs are also taken care of. Anupam Mittal, a renowned architect of Lucknow, has prepared the city development plan. There are plans to build a 10-acre park for dogs. For this, land will be searched at Aliganj, Gomti Nagar, Kanpur Road. It is also suggested to be built in a part of Janeshwar Mishra Park in Gomti Nagar Extension.

Dog-rearers will be able to come to the park with their dogs. Right now, dog-rearers are not able to walk in the park because of their dogs. If they take the dog to the park, people protest. Others are afraid of dogs. They also object to dirt. For this reason, dog breeders walk along the road and pavement.
