Lucknow: Samajwadi Party (SP) national president and former CM Akhilesh Yadav has once again attacked the BJP government at the Centre over the issue of GST. Akhilesh Yadav has said that just a month before Janmashtami, the BJP government has hurt Krishna devotees by imposing GST on milk, curd, and buttermilk. In fact, recently the central government has decided to impose 5% GST on everyday items like packaged and labelled milk, curd, pulses, and flour.

The opposition is constantly attacking the Modi government over this decision of the Centre. Akhilesh Yadav tweeted, "Jai Shri Krishna!
