New Delhi: The government is in action following the violence during the tractor rally on Republic Day in the country's capital Delhi. Preparations are on to remove the farmers camping on the borders of Delhi. The opposition has united on this action of the government. Congress, SP, AAP have targeted the central government on this issue and have spoken about standing with the farmers.
Former Uttar Pradesh CM and Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav has attacked the government by tweeting. He wrote, 'Today the way the BJP government is suppressing the farmers' movement by using deceit force, the soul of every true Indian is crying along with the farmers. Farmers will vote for the government's brutality in the next election with a vote'. The SP president said that the farmers whom the BJP is picking up from the road today will bring the BJP on the road tomorrow itself.
Aam Aadmi Party MP Sanjay Singh has spoken with Rakesh Tikait, the Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU) leader camping on the Ghazipur border. Sanjay Singh said that Arvind Kejriwal and Aam Aadmi Party have stood firmly with the farmers. Sanjay Singh said that we will raise the issue of farmers in Parliament on Friday.
