Recently Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar has demanded strict action against these culprits. Akshay has expressed his displeasure over the murder of pregnant female elephant, tweeting that 'animals may be less wild and people are less humane. In this case, some people gave female elephant a pineapple full of firecrackers to eat, which female elephant's mouth was damaged due to burst of firecrackers while eating. After this incident, the elephant remained standing in the water for a long time and died while suffering pain. A forest officer living in Malappuram in Northern Kerala has shared this information on social media. So far since this incident, more Bollywood celebs have been expressing their anger on social media including from the common man to Shraddha Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, Malaika Arora.
