On Nitara's 10th birthday, Akshay Kumar sent her a heartfelt birthday message. The actor posted a video of them holding hands and running on the sand, followed by a photo of her holding a shopping bag as she walked. Nitara is the second child of Akshay and his wife Twinkle Khanna. The couple's 20-year-old elder son is named Aarav.
Akshay posted the video on Instagram and stated, "My little girl is growing up way too quickly—she went from holding my hand to holding her own shopping bag. Just ten years old today... The best the world has to offer is what I wish for you on this special day and always. Papa adores you."
A few days ago, Akshay posted a video of himself walking while holding Nitara's hand and carrying a large stuffed animal in his other hand. The actor had written about it in a conversation: "I recently took my daughter to an amusement park. The closest I've come to feeling like a hero was when I saw her joyful smile after receiving not one but two stuffed animals for her. #BestDayEver." In the comments section, Twinkle showered the post with heart emojis.
Akshay appears to be currently in the UK, where Twinkle just enrolled in a writing course. She is currently enrolled in a Master's show at Goldsmiths, University of London, in fiction writing. On Instagram, she had posted a similar message. In one of her posts, she stated, "I am finally returning to school to complete my Masters in life and creative writing. It took almost two years to plan all the logistics. This coming week, taking notes, sitting in class, and acting like a student will seem strange. Even though growing horizontally appears to be the simplest at this age, I'm trying my best to find other directions.
Ram Setu, Akshay's fifth movie of the year, will now be released. On October 24, around Diwali, it is scheduled to be released. His other theatrical releases this year failed to find success at the box office, but his direct-to-OTT movie Cuttputlli set new records for Disney viewership.
