Lucknow: Yogi Adityanath has been sworn in as chief minister after his landslide victory in the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections. After Yogi's swearing-in, all the newly elected MLAs will also be sworn in today. Newly elected Protem Speaker Ramapati Shastri will administer the oath to the newly-elected MLAs of all parties at the Assembly pavilion of the Legislative Assembly.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will be sworn in first. While releasing the swearing-in ceremony, all the MLAs have been informed about it. Senior MLAs Suresh Kumar Khanna, Jai Pratap Singh, Rampal Verma and Mata Prasad Pandey have been appointed to assist the protem speaker in the swearing-in of 403 MLAs. The swearing-in ceremony will begin at 11 am. Before the swearing-in, CM Yogi Adityanath will also address the media in the Assembly at 10:30 am.

All preparations have been made for the swearing-in ceremony of the MLAs. First of all, Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath will be sworn in as an MLA. After this, one by one, all the MLAs will be sworn in. After the completion of the swearing-in of the MLAs, the election of the Speaker of the state's 18th Assembly will be held on March 29.
