Navratri is considered as one of the most auspicious festival of massive significance in Hinduism. The festival of Navratri is celebrated 4 times throughout the year this includes Chaitra, Sharadiya Navratri and  two Gupta Navratri. According to the Hindu calendar, the festival of Chaitra Navratri will be celebrated on the Pratipada date of Shukla Paksha of Chaitra month.  The nine forms of Maa Durga are worshiped during these nine days. This year Chaitra Navratri started from Wednesday, March 22 and will end on March 30.
