Satna: A big news story is coming out of the Satna district of Madhya Pradesh; orders have been given to dismiss Muslim employees from Maihar Mata Mandir, located here. This order has been issued by the Department of Religion. This news came to light when the departmental letter related to it went viral on social media. In the letter, it has also been asked to ban meat and liquor in Maihar Nagar.

Pushpa Kulesh, deputy secretary of Madhya Pradesh's Religious Trust and Endowment Department, has written a letter to the district magistrate, citing the instructions of Minister Usha Thakur. In the letter, a demand has been made from the District Magistrate that, taking action on the instructions of the minister, the report should be sent within 3 days. This demand is related to the removal of meat and liquor shops from the city as well as the removal of Muslim employees from the management committee. On the other hand, the collector says that he has received the minister's letter. Further action will be taken after investigation. At the same time, it has now come to light that nowhere in the rules of the temple management committee has it been written that the selection of an employee will be done on the basis of religion.

It is being said that there are only 3 Muslim employees in the temple management committee. These employees have been given the responsibility of outdoor work. As far as the implementation of prohibition in the city is concerned, the local administration cannot take such a decision until such an order comes from the Excise Department. At the same time, Bajrang Dal and Vishwa Hindu Parishad have welcomed the alleged order of the department.
