The dish Jumbo stuffed eggplant cooked with lots of cheese will be loved by all the cheese lovers and after tasting, it will surely become your most favourite dish as it is going to give a new and unique taste to your taste buds.

Check out below how can you prepare it:

Ingredients
1 jumbo-sized eggplant
flour
2 pinches salt
100g shredded cheese
micro tomatoes
(meat mixture)
300g ground pork
1/2 onion
2 cloves garlic
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp red chilli pepper

How to make it:
1. Cut eggplant in half lengthwise. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
Season with salt and dust with flour.
2. Chop up the flesh into small pieces.
3. In a bowl, combine the chopped eggplant with all the ingredients for the meat mixture and mix well.
4. Put the mixture on top of the eggplant halves. Top with shredded cheese and micro tomatoes.
5. Bake for 20 minutes at 220 degrees C.
