Ramanagara: A shocking incident occurred in Ramanagara as a case of alleged bestiality has been reported. On September 1st, an auto driver named Rahid Ahmed, aged 25, was accused of engaging in sexual activity with a goat in Channapatna. The incident has led to the filing of a First Information Report (FIR) by the local police.

The complaint that triggered this investigation was lodged by the goat's owner. Following the complaint, law enforcement initiated a formal case and is currently in the process of locating the suspect, Rahid Ahmed.

According to the details provided in the FIR, the incident is said to have occurred between 12:30 pm and 1:00 pm on September 1st. The complainant, a person named Zameer Khan, has stated that Rahid recently began taking his goats out, which raised suspicion. On September 1st, Zameer decided to follow Rahid out of curiosity. He allegedly witnessed Rahid taking the goat to an under-construction building in Channapatna, where the disturbing act reportedly took place.

In a shocking turn of events, Zameer Khan purportedly recorded the act on his mobile phone, subsequently submitting it to the police as evidence to support the case.

Channapatna police have initiated legal proceedings under IPC Section 377, which pertains to voluntary carnal intercourse against the order of nature with any man, woman, or animal. Additionally, the authorities have invoked Section 11(1) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act. The investigation is ongoing, with law enforcement actively searching for Rahid Ahmed, the accused in this deeply distressing case.
