'Pushpa' actor Allu Arjun along with his brothers, actor Allu Sirin and producer Allu Bobby, inaugurated a bronze statue on the 100th birth anniversary of his grandfather Allu Ramalingaiah at the ALLU studio. The actor took to social media to share a picture from the unveiling, which read, "Unveiled the statue of my grandfather Padmashree #AlluRamalingaiah garu on his birth anniversary today along with #AlluBobby and @AlluSirish at Allu Studios . He was our pride and will continue to be a part of our journey at Allu Studios. (sic)” Chiranjeevi will also unveil the statue of his late father-in-law in Rajahmundry.

Late actor and comedian Allu Ramalingaiah was born on October 2, 1922 in Palakollu, Andhra Pradesh. He was a legendary artist who acted in more than 1000 Telugu films. Allu Arjun will soon be seen in Sukumar's Pushpa as a porter-turned-smuggler Pushpa Raj.

Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil will co-star him in the film. Allu Sirish will be seen in Rakesh Shashi Prema Kadanta as his co-star opposite Anu Emmanuel. The film is said to be a rom-com. Allu Bobby is producing his cousin Varun Tej Konidela's Gani. The sports drama also stars Saiee Manjrekar.
