The story of 'Narasimha Reddy' is based on an Indian freedom fighter who was dismissed by the British as a 'petty rebellion'. But, this is an incomplete truth, so the purpose of both the film and the comic series is to show an original picture of what happened and give credit to the fighter for his bravery and freedom fight.

The "Sai Ra Narasimha Reddy" period drama is based on the life of freedom fighter Uyalwara Narasimha Reddy, who was known as the first freedom fight against British rule in India. The film has a strong ensemble of actors like Mr. Amitabh Bachchan, Dr. Chiranjeevi, Kichha Sudeep, Vijay Sethupathi, Jagapathi Babu, Ravi Kishan, Nayantara, Tamannaah and Niharika making the film unmatched.

Produced by Ram Charan, Excel Entertainment and AA Films in collaboration with Konidela Productions, Sai Raa Narasimha Reddy is starred by a fine cast of Indian actors. The film is directed by Surender Reddy and is set for release on 2 October 2019.
