The process of passenger registration for Shri Amarnath Yatra has started from today i.e. Monday, April 11. Yes and advance passenger registration can be done in 446 branches of Punjab National Bank (PNB), JK Bank and Yes Bank across the country. In Jammu and Kashmir, the facility of advance registration in six branches of PNB and ten branches of Jammu and Kashmir Bank will be available for the devotees. As per the information received, Shri Amarnath Yatra will start from both Pahalgam and Baltal routes and about 10,000 pilgrims will be dispatched daily. It is being said that the number of jawans deployed in the security of the yatra is being doubled this time.
