We all are excited for the festival of colors. Holi is one of the most loved festivals of Hinduism as on this auspicious festival various delicious disease are prepared and people plays with the color and water. Holi is celebrated on the full moon day of Phalgun month. This year Holi will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 8, 2023. The festival of colors is celebrated with great enthusiasm.  On the festival of Holi various delicious diseases were prepared. Holi is a great excuse for Bhang lover.  On the occasion of Holi various people prepares Bhang Ladoo, Thandai and various other dishes. However have you ever heard about Bhang Pakodas. Here is a easy recipe of Bhang Pakoda.

Ingredients

·         1/2 teaspoon turmeric

·         2 cup refined oil

·         2 teaspoon salt

·         1/2 teaspoon chilli powder

·         1 teaspoon bhang seed powder

·         4 chopped potato

·         2 cup gram flour (besan)

·         3 medium sliced onion

·         Step  by step recipe

 Take chickpea (Kabuli Chana) flour, salt, turmeric, chilli powder, bhang powder and water. Make a batter  and mix well all it ingredients.

Add chopped onions and chopped potatoes. Mix it well and keep it aside for some time.

Then take a pan and heat the refined oil. When the oil became hot fry these pakoras, put a small drop of batter in the oil and if it turns golden.

 If you are someone who loves spicy food then you can add some finely chopped green chillies to the batter.

Use a spoon to make the Bhang Pakoras, drop the batter in the oil and shallow fry. Fry it on medium flame.

Take out from oil when the Pakoda became dark brown. Drain out the excess oil from the Pakoras and after that put a paper towel or tissue to absorb the excess oil. Your Bhang Pakoras is ready to it.
