On the occasion of the first Mumbai tour of Amazon Chief Executive, Honorable Jeff Bezos, Amazon Prime Video has revealed its upcoming Amazon Original Content. The gathering of stars was seen in Jeff Bezos's Mumbai tour to commemorate 3 years of Prime Video in India.

Beginning the year with producer and director Kabir Khan's much-awaited passion project 'The Forgotten Army - For Azadi', the preview video introduces viewers to a fascinating glimpse of 13 other upcoming titles including The Last Hour , New scripted series like Bandish Bandits, Dili, Patal Lok, Gormint, Mumbai Diaries - 26/11, and Sons of Soil - Jaipur Pink Panthers and Comicstan Tamil Fresh Unscripted format as well as the return seasons of audience favorite series Mirzapur, Four More Shots Please, Inside Edge, Breath and The Family Man.

Behind these various projects are strong names like Kabir Khan, Ali Abbas Zafar, Nikhil Advani, Raj & DK, Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani, Reema Kagti, Rangita and Ishita Nandi, Mayank Sharma, Amritpal Singh Bindra, Amit Kumar and Himanshu Mehra is.

The Forgotten Army - For Independence: It is based on the true story of Indian soldiers who marched towards the capital with the slogan 'Chalo Delhi' to free their country from the British rule. The Indian National Army (INA), led by Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, suffered a British defeat in Singapore during the Second World War and during that time the first female infantry regiment was formed in the world. While these soldiers (men and women) fought against all odds and against the British army to liberate India, their struggle and story were somehow unheard and they became the 'Forgotten Army'. Along with the love story between two soldiers - Sodhi and Maya, this series raises many questions about identity, freedom and homeland and freedom.
