Patna: Crime cases are on the rise nowadays. The recent case that has come to light is from Patna. A woman has been molested at mahavir cancer institute here. In fact, the daughter of a patient admitted to the hospital has been molested by the ambulance driver. The victim is said to have lodged a complaint in the case. The victim has lodged a complaint with Phulwari Sharif police station. Police have registered a case and arrested the accused driver. In the case, it is alleged that the driver tried to molest the victim by taking her to a deserted place on the pretext of helping her.

It is said to have come across two more cases of molestation in the past and this is the third case. In fact, similar incidents have already been reported in Paras and Rajeshwar Hospitals. Talking about the new case, a woman from Masoori has been admitted to the hospital for the last 20 days. The woman's daughter reached the counter last Saturday evening to know her movements and report the illness. It was during this time that she found a driver of the institute on the way. He assured the victim of help and then took her to the corridor of the hospital.

Here the driver tried to touch the girl's body and when the girl protested, the driver said 'You look beautiful to me, don't panic, nothing will happen'. Not only that, when the girl came to her mother's cancer ward, the driver also teased the girl in front of the mother. The medical superintendent is said to be Dr. LB Singh has suspended the driver from the institute on a complaint of dirty behaviour.
