According to reports, a petition is being heard by the judge Anand Sen against the actress in the Jharkhand High Court through video conferencing. In this case, the court heard the statements of both the parties. In this case, the complainant has accused the actress that 'he had invested in one of her films and later refused to be a part of the film.'
According to the petition filed in this case, Ajay Kumar Singh met Ameesha during an event in Harmu Housing Colony in 2017. In this, Ameesha was reportedly asked to invest in her film 'Desi Magic'. After talking for a long time, about Rs 2.5 crore was transferred to Ameesha's account. Now it is being said in the complaint that Ameesha Patel has not made any investment in the film and also has not returned the money so far.
Not only this but in the complaint it is also said that Ameesha has been sued for fraud and demanded the return of money as soon as possible. Because they got the information that this film is not being made. According to the news, now the next hearing of this case will be held in 2 weeks.
