The FDA has approved an antigen test developed by the Cuadell Corporation of San Diego. The FDA said that this would speed up the screening process for corona infected patients. This test can quickly detect the fraction of virus protein in samples taken from inside the nose. The FDA further stated that currently the only way to detect corona virus infection is to examine samples of patients. The report of this investigation takes several hours to come out, along with it it is also very expensive.
