This announcement by the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will provide relief to the millions of international students who have been facing difficult situations for the past few weeks.

USCIS has said that if a student is facing financial difficulties due to these circumstances, which is not under his control, they can give a letter of request for permission to work outside the campus. Unforeseen cases include financial assistance or lack of work within the campus, significant fluctuations in the exchange rate of currency, and excessive increases in tuition or living costs.
