Indian President Professor Aditya Bamzai has been re-nominated by US President Donald Trump as a member of the Board of Privacy and Civil Liberties Monitoring. The proposal of the seal has been sent to the US Senate on this appointment of eminent jurist and Professor Bamzai at the University of Virginia. Bamzai has been a member of this important board who had suggested to the government on terrorism earlier also. His next term will be until January 29, 2026. Bamzai has also worked in the US Department of Justice.

Bamjei has worked in the post of Attorney-Advisor in the Legal Adviser Office of the Justice Department of America. He is an Associate Professor of Law at the University of Virginia School. He has expertise in National Security Law. A graduate from Yale University and the University of Chicago Law School, Bamzai previously practiced in the US Supreme Court. He has been a law clerk in Justis Antonin Scalia.

The administration of US President Donald Trump nominated three Indian American people for their major administrative departments. President Trump nominated the Indian Indian Rita Barnwal as Assistant Secretary in the Department of Energy, Indian American Aditya Bamzai as a member of the Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board and Indian American Bimal Patel as Assistant Finance Minister.
