New Delhi:- After almost two and a half years as CEO, Ami Gan is leaving OnlyFans. Chief Strategy and Operations Officer Kayleigh Blair will take over as CEO. "Spending nearly three years with OnlyFans while resonating with the entire cultural zeitgeist is more than worth it," Gan wrote in a Twitter thread.

OnlyFans is probably the most famous YouTuber platform to support his adult content, and according to Gan, the company paid his YouTuber his $10 billion during his tenure as CEO. PitchBook also estimates that OnlyFans will generate $2.5 billion in revenue by 2022 (the company will keep 20% of his payouts to creators).

Despite OnlyFans' massive success, being his CEO of the platform is a particularly difficult task. With changes in credit card company policies and global laws, online sex workers are finding it increasingly difficult to make a living, and OnlyFans suffers from the same obstacles.

Shortly before Gan took over as CEO, OnlyFans announced it would ban sexually explicit content, causing an uproar in the YouTuber community. This decision was eventually reversed, but developers won't soon forget this moment of crisis when they seemed destined to once again experience the economic impact of the platform's removal.

Asked on TechCrunch Disrupt if he can expect adult creators to still be on OnlyFans in five years, Gan said, "Yes." However, both Gunn and Blair were skeptical about how much of OnlyFans' revenue comes from adult YouTubers, given that OnlyFans continues to promote work-safe services like OFTV.

While announcing his departure from OnlyFans, Gunn also revealed his next venture. She founded Hoxton Projects, a marketing company that "redefines the agency paradigm" to help entrepreneurs grow their businesses. Despite her tenure as CEO, Gan's background is in marketing. Previously, she was the Chief Marketing Officer of OnlyFans and led communications efforts at companies such as Cannabis Cafe, Red Bull and Quest Nutrition.

Blair, the new CEO, joined OnlyFans after a career in data protection law. This ability is useful for businesses that cannot grow without making their users feel that their data is safe. Matt Reeder, the company's deputy general counsel, will succeed Blair as CSOO, and Sue Beebe will become OnlyFans' chief communications officer.

The CEO of OnlyFans Ami Gan is now leaving the Company as she told that the job of being a CEO is not that simple as they have to manage each and every thing very systematically and with many changes in the credit card company policies and all the global laws the online sex workers are now finding difficult to work and the company is facing the same problem.
