Amit Shah expresses grief over Nashik's tanker leak incident

New Delhi: A few hors ago Maharashtra’s Nashik has witnessed an accident in hospital. In the same view Union Home Minister Amit Shah of India addressing the state has condoled the loss of life in the Nashik oxygen tanker leak incident. The incident till now has reported atleast 22 deaths at Dr Zakir Hussain Hospital on Wednesday. 

Expressing his grief, Home Minister said, “Distressed to hear the news of the accident. I express my deepest condolences to the families who have lost their loved ones in this incident.” Wherein Maharashtra’s Food and Drug Administration  Minister Rajendra Shingane talked to media. He said “It is an unfortunate incident. As per preliminary information, we have learnt that 11 people died in the incident. We are trying to get a detailed report. He also assured an enquiry as well and has clearly stated that anyone who is found responsible will not be spared. Talking about the incident, an oxygen tanker leaked while tankers were being filled at Dr Zakir Hussain Hospital, Nashik on Wednesday. The officials were also present at the spot and an operation to contain the leak is underway. Maharashtra Minister Rajesh Tope also expressed his sorrow in regard to the saddening incident. He expressing grief over the Nashik oxygen tanker leak incident said “This is an unfortunate incident. I spoke to Nashik Municipal Commissioner who has informed me that the situation is under control now. I’ll be going to Nashik soon. Nashik Guardian Minister Chhagan Bhujbal has already gone there.”

Notably, several states are facing a shortage of medical oxygen, especially Maharashtra, total case tally has reached 38,98,262 while the death toll reached 60,824.
