Bollywood film actor Amitabh Bachchan had cancelled his contract with Pan Masala company 'Kamala Pasand' on the occasion of his birthday on October 11. Meanwhile, it has now come to light that Amitabh Bachchan has sent a legal notice to pan masala company demanding that pan masala advertisements in which he is in be stopped immediately so that their telecast is stopped.

Amitabh Bachchan ended his contract with Kamala Pasand Company and insisted that he was not aware that it comes under surrogate advertising. Subsequently, Amitabh has now taken a historic step and sent a legal notice to pan masala company to discontinue his advertisements. According to a recent report, pan masala brand 'Kamala Pasand' has continued to broadcast television advertisements filmed on Amitabh Bachchan even after the end of the endorsement agreement.

Quoting the same sources, the report says that Amitabh Bachchan's office revealed that a legal notice has been sent to Kamala Pasand asking him to stop telecasting Amitabh Bachchan's television advertisements immediately. In a statement issued by Amitabh Bachchan, ending his contract with the company, Amitabh Bachchan had said that a few days after the Kamala Pasand ad was aired, Amitabh Bachchan contacted the brand and pulled himself out of it last week.
