Due to the lockdown, the workers wanted to return to their homes by travelling thousands of kilometres and many people helped them. The LGBT community of the country is also facing tremendous problems during the national lockdown, but no one is coming forward to help them.

Recently, with the help of a short film, an attempt has been made to show the agony of this community. Amitabh Bachchan has shared this video on his Instagram account and while sharing this short film, Amitabh wrote in the caption, "My dear friend and director Amit Sharma has made a short film on LGBT. My best wishes are with you."

Amitabh Bachchan has many projects at this time. He will soon be seen in the film Gulbo Sitabo directed by Shoojit Sircar. The trailer of this film has been released.

The film will be released on June 12 on Amazon Prime. Besides Amitabh, Ayushman Khurana is also going to appear in the main role in this film. This is the first film of Amitabh which will be released on the OTT platform. Apart from this film, he is also working in Nagraj Manjule's film Jhund. Nagraj had managed to garner tremendous buzz from the film Sairat. Apart from these two films, Amitabh is also going to appear in Ayan Mukherjee's thriller film Brahmastra.
