Amla has many benefits associated with healthy. Amla is very beneficial for hair and can be beneficial for your health as well as beauty. It contains an anti filamentary property as well as a plethora of vitamin C and antioxidants, which strengthens the hair. Today we are going to share some of the benefits that will strengthen your hair.

For Falling Hair
Make a thick paste by adding enough hot water to 2 tsp amla powder for the falling hair. Add 2 tsp of curd and apply it on the head and hair. Wash it off when it is dried.

For Shiny Hair
Take a few amlas and boil it in water for about 20 minutes. Let it cool down. Once cooled, strain it and mix it with the bathwater and wash the hair. Use it twice a week.

For White Hair
Add amla juice and almond oil in the stuff amount and massage the head. After a massage for about 5 to 10 minutes, leave for half an hour and then shampoo. You can also mix it with coconut oil and use it as a hair pack.

For Long Hair
Take an egg and whip it well. Add 2 tbsp of amla powder and make a paste. Apply it well to your entire hair. If there is a shower cap, wear it. Wash and shampoo after half an hour.

For Dandruff
Add 2 tbsp coconut oil to a quarter bowl of amla juice. Massage your head well. Leave it for half an hour and then wash and shampoo. This will also relieve you from itching in the head. For oily hair, add lemon juice to it.
