As soon as we hear the name of Bhojpuri film industry's famous actress Amrapali Dubey, we think of her talent. She started her career in 2014 with the film 'Nirahua Hindustani' opposite Dinesh Lal Yadav aka Nirahua. But Amrapali's journey was not so easy. Recently, in a podcast, she spoke openly about the difficulties in her life.

Dealing with Anxiety:  Amrapali Dubey recently appeared on her sister Anchal Dubey's podcast. She told that there was a time when she became a victim of anxiety. She started having panic attacks. Amrapali said, "I used to have so much anxiety that I felt like there was a lump in my throat. That's why I couldn't swallow anything. In a day, if I tried very hard, I could only eat two to three spoons of khichdi."

Weakness and weight loss:  Amrapali lost a lot of weight due to not eating. She said, “I was happy that I was losing weight, but I had a lot of difficulty in swallowing. It was a strange anxiety, which is called health anxiety. If someone told me that someone had TB, I would also start wondering what was wrong with me.”

Dizziness problem:  Amrapali further told that she had become very weak. She used to feel dizzy while standing on the set. She said, "I had to shoot, the song was also being shot. I had to run holding the hero's hand, but due to not eating, I used to feel dizzy."

Support of therapy:  To overcome this difficulty, Amrapali took a lot of therapy, which included cognitive behavioral therapy. Her family also supported her completely. Her mother took her to many psychologists. A doctor understood her problem, after which her condition gradually started improving.

Moving towards spirituality:  Amrapali also told that along with therapy, her spirituality also increased. She started listening to a verse of Bhagwat Geeta daily and started visiting temples. She said, "I realized that I was shooting in Banaras and did not visit Kashi Vishwanath ji. After this I started visiting temples."
