New Delhi: Industrialist Anand Mahindra has announced an opportunity to make a career for those youths who will retire after working in the Army under a three-year tour of duty program. The tour of duty is a new proposal of the army, under which the youth will have to work in the army for only three years, after that they can return and pursue a second career of their choice.

In his mail, he has said that it would be a great decision to give young and physically fit Indian citizens an operation experience for three years in the army. Keeping in mind the rigorous process of their selection and training, Mahindra Group will be happy to give them an opportunity to work here.
