Tinseltown starlets, Ananya Panday and Shanaya Kapoor, who have been best of friends even before they knew anything about friendship. These young girls are not just famous because of their celebrity fathers namely, Chunkey Panday and Sanjay Kapoor, but more so because these girls are already setting fashion trends for the millenniums. And thanks to paparazzi, we can get a daily dose of our favourite divas. Ananya and Shanaya’s friendship brewed in Mumbai's Ecole Mondiale World School and they graduated last year.

While Ananya went on to turn her dream of acting into reality, Shanaya is still figuring her action plan. Amidst it all, they are trying to keep their friendship intact with frequent dinner dates and catching up with each other whenever they can. Recently, Ananya took to her Instagram handle to send birthday wishes to her best friend’s mother, Maheep Kapoor. She took to her Instagram story and posted a cutesy throwback picture with her.

In the picture, we can see baby Ananya wrapped in the arms of mommy, Bhavana Panday and baby Shanaya Kapoor curled in the arms of Maheep Kapoor. She captioned the picture as, “Happy Birthday Dude. Love you always Maheep Kapoor”. Take a look at their adorable picture below:

Meanwhile, 20-year-old Ananya is all set to make her big Bollywood debut with Karan Johar’s Student Of The Year 2, opposite Tiger Shroff and Tara Sutaria. And her father, Chunkey Panday just cannot keep his calm as in an interview with Pinkvilla, he had shared his level of excitement, and had stated, “I am over the moon. I have never been on her set, seen her shooting and never seen any rushes of the film. All she had shown me were the stills from the movie. When I saw the trailer, heard her voice on-screen, I was too emotional. I just flash-backed to the start of my career. It was better than I expected. I am surprised the way she comes across on screen, maybe she is camera-friendly. I could not imagine her like this on-screen. It came to me as a pleasant surprise and a shock.”
