The party does not want to lose sachin pilot, who has been angry for a long time, between Jyotiraditya Scindia and now Jitin Prasada leaving the Congress hand last year. Priyanka Gandhi Vadra herself has taken over the responsibility of removing the pilot's displeasure amid political turmoil in the Rajasthan government and is also scheduled to meet Sachin today. Sachin Pilot had left for Delhi only on Friday.

On condition of anonymity, close to the pilot said that Sachin is constantly in touch with Priyanka Gandhi and Priyanka has also assured him that his displeasure will be removed, he should be patient. In Rajasthan, there have been several resentments between the pilot and Gehlot since Ashok Gehlot was made CM. Last year also, the controversy escalated to such an end that the party high command had to intervene. Priyanka Gandhi Vadra played an important role even at that time.

At that time, a Conciliation Committee was constituted by the High Command. Recently, Sachin Pilot had also made a statement that even after a year, no action has been taken by the Committee. It is learnt that the committee is yet to submit its report. Sachin Pilot had said, "I was told that the Conciliation Committee would work fast but half the term of the government has been completed and those issues are still unresolved. It is unfortunate that those who worked day and night to bring the party to power are not being heard' Apart from Sachin Pilot, Priyanka is likely to meet senior Congress leader Ajay Maken and party general secretary KC Venugopal on Sunday. Both of them are members of the Conciliation Committee.
