Mumbai: The recovery defect against Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh will be investigated. CM Uddhav Thackeray of the state has decided to conduct an inquiry into the case. Anil Deshmukh himself reported on Sunday that the Chief Minister has decided to investigate the defects of former Mumbai police commissioner Param Bir Singh. Anil Deshmukh said that it has been decided to conduct an inquiry from a retired judge of the High Court in the case.

The home minister said that he himself had demanded chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray to inquire into the defect of Param Bir. Talking to the media, Anil Deshmukh said on Sunday that the truth will come out in the investigation. Anil Deshmukh has spoken about the investigation of the defects against him when questions have been raised on his work in the Shiv Sena mouthpiece 'Interface.' Also, Anil Deshmukh has been given an opinion on how to work as a Home Minister.

On the other hand, a lockdown has been announced in Aurangabad amidst the second wave of coronavirus in the state. The lockdown being imposed to prevent the speed of the corona will continue from March 30 to April 8. The district administration of Aurangabad has taken this stringent step. The State Government has announced a night curfew from today. In addition, all other activities have been banned from the closure of the market from 8 o'clock in the night. It is prohibited to celebrate Holi at public places in Mumbai.
