Recently, Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala has once again been caught in a legal tussle. This time he is caught in a legal tussle about his latest song Sanju. Under the information received, the Crime Branch of Punjab Police has registered a case against Singer. The singer is accused in this case that he is brandishing guns through his latest song Sanju. On the other hand, the Punjab Police is ready to move the Punjab and Haryana High Court to dismiss the singer's anticipatory bail petition. Arpit Shukla, Director of Punjab ADGP and Punjab Bureau of Investigation, while giving information about this case recently, said that a case has been registered against Singer Sidhu Moosewala in Mohali. There is an allegation in this case that Sidhu glorifies the use of weapons in his songs. Other weapons including the AK-47 rifle are glorified.

One of the many FIRs has also been registered under the Arms Act. In the video, you will see that the news clip of Moosewala has been added with Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt. The lyrics of the songs of Moosewala and the videos of the songs are seen telling about the illegal use of all weapons. Before this, a case was filed over Moosewala in February 2020 due to the same allegations. Recently ADGP Arpit Shukla said, 'The latest video of Singer also makes fun of the police and judiciary.'
