Indore: Violence broke out in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, following a dispute between two sides while hoisting the flag and two people were also injured in the violence. According to the information received, shops and trains parked outside have also been vandalized during the incident. SP, ASP, and TI rushed to the spot as soon as they came to know about the incident. After that, everyone was pacified. The case is said to be from the Tejaji Nagar area of Indore city. The flag hoisting ceremony was going on on August 15 at the Cauvery Building at Nayta Mundla in the locality. Meanwhile, people raised slogans of 'Bharat Mata Ki Jai' while hoisting the flag.

On hearing this, people from the other side got agitated and started shouting anti-India slogans. Seeing all this happen, people from both sides thronged on each other. Soon there was a heated argument and the matter took a toll. In the meantime, people started pelting stones, and suddenly there was a stampede. The miscreants started ransacking vehicles parked outside and damaged cars, bikes, and other vehicles in the attack. Meanwhile, shops were also ransacked. As soon as information about the incident was received, police forces led by SP Ashutosh Bagri, ASP, TI, and several police stations rushed to the spot.

The police then explained to both sides and sent the injured to the hospital. Now, in this case, SP Bagre says, "Strict action will be taken against those who raise anti-national slogans and create havoc. More than 15-15 people from both sides have been booked. 8 accused including Saddam, Sohail, Shadab, Imran, Rafique, Raza brothers are named in the list.''
