Now Afghan filmmaker Sara Karimi has written an open letter to the world and sought help as well as the situation there. Indian filmmaker Anurag Kashyap shared this post. Anurag Kashyap took to Instagram on August 16 to share the post of filmmaker and first female chairperson of the Afghan Film Organisation Sara Karimi. In it, Sarah has urged people to break their silence and raise their voices unitedly against this violence. Anurag Kashyap shared Sara's post and appealed to people to share it as much as they can.

Sarah wrote in the post about how Taliban people are oppressing Afghan women. Young Afghan girls are being picked up and tortured by them. Women who are not wearing clothes as told by the Taliban are losing their eyes. Government servants are killed. Media people are killing. Artists are not sparing anyone, including historians. There are so many families in Kabul who are living in a panic over whether their lives will be saved or not. Their children are crying without milk.

The filmmaker said everyone knows it's all going wrong, but no one is raising their voice against this atrocity. It is only the top-up peace talks that have allowed these Taliban to dominate further. They are treating people cruelly. The Afghan government has waged war against it. All that the new generation had benefited this country for the last 20 years seems to be devastated again. The Afghan Army has become completely helpless and the Taliban have captured the entire country, causing panic among the Afghan people and no one in the world is coming forward to help them.
