South Actress Anushka Shetty, who is well known for her character as Devasena in Baahubali, is once again making the headlines for her next on screen performance after her stellar performance in ‘Bhaagamathie’. According to the recent reports, the leggy lass is reportedly joining the cast of ‘Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy’. The actress has landed a pivotal role in the film.

Reports also said that she will also be seen in a special song alongside Chiranjeevi in the film. She is going to share screen space with Chiru after ‘Stalin’. (2006). It has been almost thirteen years since we’ve seen the pair in the AR Murugadoss directorial film. She will join Chiru on the shoot of ‘Sye Raa’ soon.

Earlier Chiranjeevi and Anushka Shetty had teamed up for ‘Stalin’ in which she performed in a special song. Now, after a long gap of 13 years, once again both are teaming up. But this will be the first time that Anushka will work in a movie which stars Bollywood Mega Actor Amitabh Bachchan. Anushka is likely to join the movie’s shoot by the end of this month.

Currently, Anushka Shetty is busy with the shoot of Hemant Madhukar directorial film, which has been tentatively titled ‘Silence’. The actress is reportedly playing an NRI businesswoman in the film. She will also be next seen in a big-budget devotional film on Lord Ayappa to be directed by Santosh Sivan.

In ‘Sye Raa Naarsihma Reddy’, Chiranjeevi will be seen playing the role of freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimhareddy. Apart from him and Amitji, Sye Raa has other stars like Nayanthara, Sudeep and Tamannah Bhatia in pivotal roles. The movie is expected to release by Dussehra.
