The Indian Army has invited applications from candidates for the post of a religious teacher. Candidates who are eligible to apply for the post can go to the official portal of the Indian Army joinindianarmy.nic.in. The last date for application for the post is 9th February 2021. The recruitment drive will fill up 194 posts in the organization. The recruitment will be of RTT religious teachers as junior commission officers in the Indian Army which will be for 91, 92, 93, 94 & 95 courses.

Educational Qualification:
The minimum educational qualification for appointment to this special list of Junior CommissionEd Officer (religious teacher) will be a graduate in any subject from a recognised university.

Age-limit:
The candidate is not below 25 years of age and is not more than 34 years of age on 1st October 2021. The candidates born between 1st October 1987 to 30th September 1996 will be included in both the dates.

Selection process:
Candidates will be shortlisted and called for the written examination. Candidates who pass the written test will be enrolled as JCOs (RT) and undergo 06 weeks of basic training at BEG and Centre, followed by specific training for religious sects for 11 weeks of training.
