People are trapped in the country and abroad due to the coronavirus lockdown worldwide. The government is also making every effort to help them. Now the Ministry of External Affairs has appointed state level coordinators to facilitate the return of the Indians trapped abroad.

After the Ministry of Home Affairs announced its plans to take out more than 14,000 people from 13 different countries, a team of 17 members from the Ministry of External Affairs has been formed to coordinate the repatriation of Indian citizens.

The ministry has appointed Manish as coordinator for Jharkhand, Nagma Malik for Karnataka, Vikram Doriswamy for Kerala, Suresh Reddy for Maharashtra, Rahul Srivastava for Odisha, Virender Paul for Punjab, Manoj Bharti for Rajasthan and Goa .
