The new season is scheduled to begin on September 19, but at least eight players have been found to be infected with Corona.

On Thursday, Torino announced that two of his players and Napoli were test positive for corona. Earlier, Roma and Kagaliari had confirmed positive cases on Wednesday. Due to this, many players have come under the grip of Corona so far, and this has had more impact on sports.

On the other hand, due to Corona, this time the National Awards Sports Festival will be organized in a unique way in a virtual way. The awards will be called along with the trophy and dress at their nearby Sai Center. After that, President Ramnath Kovind will hand over the certificate to him from Rashtrapati Bhavan. The ceremony will be held on August 29 on National Sports Day (Dada Dhyanchand's birthday), which will be telecast live on Doordarshan.
