A forthcoming SUV for the Indian market has been teased by Tata Motors. Soon, Indian customers will be able to drive a special edition SUV from Tata Motors. The automaker has hinted that it will introduce the SUV soon. The automaker has not said whether it will be an electric vehicle or a standard ICE type. Only the fact that the future model would be a sports utility vehicle has been confirmed by Tata Motors. Just before the holiday season, on Saturday, August 27, the launch will take place.

Tata Motors released a brief teaser video of the forthcoming SUV on Wednesday without really revealing the vehicle in full or in part. The only mention of its "New Forever" series of SUVs in the social media post is "Arriving soon." Tata's Impact 2.0 design language is seen in the models that make up the New Forever line of automobiles. SUVs like Safari, Harrier, Punch, and Nexon fall within this category.

Tata Motors had declared that it would frequently introduce new vehicles under its "New Forever" range or limited-edition versions of current models. This strategy has led Tata Motors to release numerous iterations of its flagship SUVs, the Harrier and Safari, including Dark Edition and Gold Edition models. Along with Nexon and other SUVs earlier this year, Punch SUV, the newest model in the Tata family, too received the unique Kaziranga Edition.

Tata Motors introduced the new Dark Edition of the Harrier SUV in January of this year for a cost of 19.05 lakh. Previously, Dark Edition versions of vehicles like the Nexon, Nexon EV, Harrier, and Altroz were released by Tata Motors. Additionally, the Dark Edition joins the Adventure and Gold Editions as the third exclusive variant of the Tata Safari.

Tata Motors debuted the Safari, Harrier, Nexon, and Punch SUVs' Kaziranga Editions in February. The Nexon petrol and diesel Kaziranga editions are priced at 11,78,900 and 13,08,900 (ex-showroom, Delhi), respectively, while the Punch Kaziranga edition is priced at 858,900 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The prices for the Tata Harrier and Safari Kaziranga variants, respectively, are 20,40,900 and 20,99,900 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
